Culture and Science Department

The Cultural and Scientific Department (SCAC) comprises of a team of 10 officers which is headed by Gilles Bonnevialle (Consul - Culture, Education & Science). The SCAC promotes higher education and scientific research, the arts, culture, the French language and audiovisual arts in Hong Kong and Macau.
