Call for Abstracts ICT ASIA 2015 REGIONAL WORKSHOP On Climate Change [fr]
Southeast Asian Regional Center for Graduate Study and Research in Agriculture (SEARCA), French Delegation for Regional Cooperation (DREG), the French Embassy in Manila, United Nations Educational, Scientific, and Cultural Organization (UNESCO) Regional Science Bureau are pleased to invite submission of abstracts for ICT-Asia 2015 Workshop to be held on 25-26 May 2015 at SEARCA, Los Baños, Laguna, Philippines.
ICT-Asia workshop offers four plenary sessions consisting of panel discussions on the four following themes: Climate Change Modeling and Monitoring, Disaster Risk Reduction, ICT Applications to Food Security, Urban and Rural Informatics.
Each session is open to a maximum of five participants. Presentations last for 15 min (10 min on scientific programmes or projects, 5 min. on past or potential cooperation on the topic). Group presentations are accepted, with a time frame extended by 5 min.
Participants may be scientists sponsored by ICT-Asia in the past, scientists intending to apply for 2015 call for projects, heads of International Relations of public and private research bodies.
Participants are selected through the present call for abstract.
ICT-Asia 2015 will accept abstracts until 26 April 2015 on the following themes:
• Climate Change Modeling and Monitoring
• Disaster Risk Reduction
• ICT Applications to Food Security
• Urban and Rural Informatics.
