“OCCUPATIONS”, “COLOUR REVOLUTIONS” AND “SPRINGS”: NEW DYNAMICS IN SOCIAL MOVEMENTS? Round Table at HKU - (17.06.2015) [fr]
On the 17th of June 2019 a round table - with a live video link, bringing together specialists of different geographical and political environments to discuss the social movements that have emerged recently and compare their structural similarities, their possible reciprocal influence and their potential results or consequences - is jointly organized by Ecole des Hautes Etudes En Sciences Sociales (EHESS, Paris), the University of Hong Kong and the CEFC.
The event will take place at the Council Chamber de la Faculty of Social Sciences, at The University of Hong Kong from 2 :45pm to 5pm and will be screened at Salle du Conseil de l’EHESS, 190 avenue de France, Paris 13e from 8:45am to 11am.
This round table is part of a series of events at the occasion of the 40th anniversary of the EHESS, which wants to mark its collaboration with the Faculty of Social Sciences, HKU and the French Centre for Research on Contemporary China (CEFC).
The event is public and the admission is free.
