Study Abroad Fair ’08 at HKUST
The Enrichment Programs Team of School of Business and Management of HKUST organized a Study Abroad Fair on 21st October 2008. The objective for this fair was to allow students who are interested in spending one-two semester on exchange abroad to know more about the lifestyle, visa, accommodations, and etc in different continents and also to promote further higher studies abroad.
Information booths were set up for education centers from different countries and other consulting organizations for overseas studies. They distributed leaflets to students, and answered all kinds of enquiries.
CampusFrance office of the Consulate General held a booth during these two days and distributed brochures, catalogues & souvenirs and inform students about the French Higher Education System, lifestyle, visa, accommodation etc..
Mr. P. Prashanth (Head of CampusFrance) and Ms. Vivien Leung (French May Officer) explained to the students about the opportunities for the HKUST students in France for their higher studies especially in the programmes taught in English and highlighted the CampusFrance catalogue specially dedicated to such programmes.
