Professor Roland CHIN receives "Chevalier dans l’Ordre National du Mérite" [fr]
The Consul General of France in Hong Kong and Macau, Mr. Eric Berti awarded Prof Roland CHIN the title of “Chevalier dans l’Ordre National du Mérite” on November 27th, 2017. A reception was held at the Residence of France on this occasion.
Mr. Eric BERTI, the Consul General of France, awarded Prof Roland CHIN the title of “Chevalier dans l’Ordre National du Mérite”. Prof. Roland CHIN is the President of Hong Kong Baptiste University.
He actively encouraged and fostered the funding of joint research partnerships through the French National Agency of Research (ANR) with the Hong Kong Research Grants Council in 2012. He also contributed to the implementation of Pasteur Research Pole at Hong Kong University (HKU).
